THE LEGEND IS DEAD: BREAKING NEWS: Chinua Achebe is Dead!
Prof. Chinua Achebe is today comfirmed dead, at the Boston, Massachusetts Hospital in U.S.A. Report from Brown Univesity reveal that he died of an undisclosed ailment.
Prof. Achebe. Born at Ogidi, Anambra state on Nov. 16 1930, was the author of 'THINGS FALL APART' published in 1958 and considered the most widely read book in modern African literature, the book sold over 12million copies, translated to over 50 languages.
