Jesús Nevas scored the final penalty shoot-out to set up a sunday Finals against Brazil as Bonucci missed his side's chance to score.
The game ended goaless in normal time and the Extra 30 minutes went goaless all together.
Spain meets Brazil on sunday for the Final.
Italy meets Uruguay for the 3rd place match.
